CDTM is a non-denominational organization founded to serve drug addicts and workers in ministry.

• To help ex-drug addicts rebuild a new life, to love and to care for them with the love of Jesus
• To promote drug prevention and education
• To start drug rehabilitation center in needy places
• To build networks among therapeutic organizations and workers for support and resources sharing
