Rev. David and Mrs. Kathy Wong
Special Assistant on Swatow Relation
Rev. David Wong is the founding pastor of the Chinese Zion Baptist Church
in Los Angeles, California. He is also the founder and President of the
F/2 Foundation International.
After his retirement in 2003, he and his
wife Kathy moved back to Guangdong Province, China. David received an
invitation from the Swatow China Christian Council to help the growing
need of churches in the villages. He serves as a circuit preacher and
provides pastoral care to the congregations.
IM has invited David to become the volunteer Special Assistant of Rev. Benjamin Chan (Area Director of East Asia and India) on Swatow Relation. He brings IM teams to China, and helps Swatow and American churches to gain better mutual understanding. David also promotes cooperation of Swatow churches worldwide.
